The 80th Anniversary celebration of Pentland United on 26th of September at Northern Sands Hotel in Dunnet.
As the 2026 season draws towards its conclusion, and what a memorable season it has been, Pentland United are delighted to announce that the club will celebrate its 80th Anniversary with a special evening at the Northern Sands Hotel on Saturday, 26 September 2026.
The event will provide an opportunity for players, supporters, volunteers and friends of the club, past and present, to come together and celebrate eight decades of football, community spirit and memories.
Further details on the evening, including tickets and arrangements, will be announced in due course.
A key feature of the celebration will be a display of club memorabilia and memories, showcasing Pentland United’s history and the people who have played a part in its success and the journey over the years. We are keen to gather any items that help tell the story of the club from 1946 to the present day.
The display is being coordinated by committee member Danny Hughes, who would be delighted to hear from anyone willing to contribute items for the exhibition.
